Ray Cotter is the inventor of the Oar Sleeve and the founder of PROVE IT PRODUCTS.

Ray calls a small town in central Montana home. He has been married for 25 years and helped raise four beautiful daughters. Ray is very passionate about spending good quality time on the water with family and friends, creating memories and stories that will forever be part of most conversations.

At the end of the work week, and after the chores are completed, you'll find Ray and his family on the famous Bighorn, Yellowstone, Boulder or Stillwater rivers. If you're lucky you may catch a glimpse of them floating between take outs.

It is because of this passion for fishing (and the cross-eyed looks they get when telling stories about the fish they caught) that the OAR SLEEVE was born.
